For the fifth consecutive year the Rotary Puerto Real La Vela, chaired by Ana Mercedes Ramones, won the award for the club heightened visibility in the community, which provides the Rotary Iribarren Barquisimeto in Lara state, in the framework of the XXVI Conference of District 4380 held in the city of Maracaibo.
