Quininí Hill (Elegant patch for camping) is excel columns
Hey guys, among the many sites visited, I found this which I think is an ideal place to relax, meet, ride and of course appreciate the great diversity of flora and Cundinamarca territory fauna.
is two hours from Bogota, temperate climate, 2200 meters asl, it has a breathtaking view of the Nevado del Tolima, Ibague, etc. ..
Path
Quininí The hill is located two hours from Bogota via Ibague, can reach the town of Silvana is 1 h of road, there to find everything you need for your journey.
Once in the village, there take a bus to take them to Cumaca (5 min after Tibacuy), the fare is 2500 Colombian pesos, and take another until Ocobo or just talk to the driver to take you there (the people is very attentive).
In Ocobo (as identified by a corner store) can take two paths: one by a curb that is on the right of the store or on trails (waste) left side of the road, the latter shortens the road about 30 min.
If you go to walk the trails, catch all detours right. Will go through a banana and cattle farms (severe landscape). After 40 min. way (+ or-) are the principal taping, continue to find a fairly steep curve to the right, if they reach the curb towers and caves, few meters followed by corner store find Don José Noé, but if they take the path (left) can find their way to patches (forest of oak, eagle's beak, the Indian side, birth stone, cemetery, shouting, etc. ..) always to the left.
There
an average of 15 patches for camping, all equally severe. Please note access to water, if there are towers near each hatching machines, if at peak or forest can be downloaded from the oak forest on a trail quite busy for 30 min. to the water, or for the more adventurous travelers, but less going to the store.
Well this is it, and while there, know the place going and asking, is severe, there is plenty to go. In my case, even after 5 days of camping in this place I could find the full patch.
Another thing, another route to reach, is to go to Fusagasugá and take the car to Tibacuy, or they can climb Chinauta, but this is much longer (5 hours + or-), and the climate is quite strong, but equally severe.
I recommend that you know, always with the mindset to align with the place and do not screw up as many people.
