Boosts technical training and human oil industry

Considering that Venezuela recorded 297 billion barrels in proven reserves, according to Official Gazette dated January 14, Rivas stressed the importance of initiating the formation of workers to boost oil technological independence in the Venezuelan oil industry.
General Manager Paraguana Refining Center, Jesus Luongo, noted that attempts to motivate workers to further prepare both the technical and the ideological sphere, promoting solidarity, loyalty and discipline in view of the importance of PDVSA as an engine of the Venezuelan economy and a bastion of the Bolivariana Revolution.
