Milena Velba / Car Wash

The struggle to secure decent work and took us to the Legislature of Buenos Aires. We presented some amendments to Law 3131 that regulates our activity. This law was passed in August 2008, but the city government not use its resources to regulate it.
In the midst of a social debate on the "motochorros" the plan of action that led to the union before discussing places us hand in hand with the macrismo in TV shows like "Two Voices" (TN), "hands One Night Stand "(American 24)," Situation Room "(C5N) among others. With the mobilization of 27 May and a tour of the offices of legislators from different political blocs fulfill the goal of putting on the table the needs of our union, and prove with arguments that the draft does not work vests to avoid this form of theft.
While changes to the law that emphasize improving our working conditions, also seeks to regulate the traffic for the safety of all riders, work on a motorcycle or not, and address the security issues claiming citizenship.
POINTS ARE OUR PROPOSAL:
-Carriles main avenues exclusive exclusive
-Free Parking in downtown Chapa
-biggest patent-Registration
Messengers and couriers Single-Workwear
identifying the AFIP
-covers, brakes, lights and mirrors by employers
