Rafael Gutierrez, director of the SPComunas Training and workshop facilitator, explained the different habitat components such as services infrastructure, land, a network of paved roads, housing and social facilities, storm drains, collection and disposal final solid waste that must be present in a housing development.
Gutierrez said that new housing developments should consider open spaces to encourage social contact, integration of the inhabitants as well as the existence of recreation areas to promote in turn, routes movement and the development of green areas .
