with the membership campaign 2010. This year is more important than the former because they are in play two different and conflicting ways of understanding the construction union action and association.
With your membership you participation and strengthen our perspective, which is nothing more than a union to fulfill its mission: to defend the rights of messengers and delivery and move into better working conditions and wages.
From SIMe.Ca believe that this is possible if we build the union with the participation of colleagues who work in agencies and deliverys, not street gangs, and without arrogance among laburantes. For us, we must first come together to listen and talk with peers of each agency and then sit down with employers to discuss. Never the reverse. Relationships with employers can be respectful and cordial, but always aware that it is a confrontation, because we have different interests, eg if they raise our wages down the profits of employers.

Our union is independent of employers, the state and political parties. So the agencieros, especially those grouped in CEMMA (Chamber of Entrepreneurs and Related Messaging Moto Argentina) support, promote and benefit of another union, and even force their employees to join it.
